A platform for artists to collaborate and contribute
Thanks for taking the time to check out Collision360! This first blog post aims to provide an additional insight into the platform and its features. I would like to start by sharing the story behind its development.
‘It is all about creating value’.
As an artist of 14 years, I was frustrated to be unable to find an authentic, pure, ‘go-to’ drum/music news/source available either online or offline. Whilst some print outlets and social media brands attempted to create such, the majority reached a limited amount of the community and lacked community focused and contributed content.
My frustrations led me to develop Collision360, an online, community based platform that provides the drummer with a one stop resource for news/questions/learning and more. The content featured throughout has been directly contributed by the community, providing a raw, authentic source of information.
Each post comes with from a new artist with a view, voice and story. The enables artists to openly create and submit their own content and share their stories, thoughts and interests within a dynamic and positive environment, built by the artist for the artist. By doing so, we hope to serve the entire community of artists and fans alike, its all about creating value.
With so much noise being made within this space, it is at times, difficult for the artist to feel heard. We hope to give the artist, large or small the opportunity to amplify the fantastic art and projects that they are current creating/producing and remedy such perceptions.
Collaboration is fundamental. We are committed to facilitating the development of an artist contributed database of Q&A’s, resources and more! This enables artists to seek out advice and learn more about a range of Drum/music related topics produced by their peers. Recently, we have been collaborating with a number of incredible individuals who have kindly inked their own contributions and are ready to share!
We are extremely excited to develop this community and look forward to networking and collaborating with you! If you happen to have any questions please feel free to email me firstname.lastname@example.org
