I’m aansen harrison. I’ve been playing drums for 28 years , teaching for 12 years. I was inducted into the scarecrowz in August of 2021 in that time I’ve helped them promote their new album ” a dusk of another dawn ” perfomed at the brassmonkey in ottawa , aswell as follow up shows at the rainbow bistro , mavericks, in ottawa and the mansion in kingston ontario just to name a few. This is the bands 7th album over the past 22 years which are available on spotify, the scarecrowz website , aswell as a few other links provided through the band website. Founded by Gerry Madden. Durring this time, the scarecrowz was voted a top ottawa band for a number of years , as well as winning numerous band competitions around the ottawa area. The scarecrowz have changed members quite a bit over the years , but have supported many local bands both in and outside of ottawa sweetmachete and innuendo, just to name a few since ive inducted. We are currently working on a new album set to be released in 2024 featuring Reno De Santie on lead guitar, gerry madden on rythem guitar, and lead vocals, myself on drums and percussions. The scarecrowz don’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon , so we expect to release many more albums which will be available on Spotify in the years to come .. thank you again to collision drumsticks
