I started playing drums when I was 11 years old in comprehensive school. I had a passion for it and I started drumming in the school productions from school pantomimes to Christmas carol concerts. I managed to join my first band as a young lad at 15 years old where we played gigs around our city supporting some of the local bands around Swansea. The band didn’t work out after around 5 months so I decided to focus on bettering myself as an individual drummer so I built my own studio in my garage. That build allowed me to work day in day out on being the best I can. This allowed me to join my new and current band at the moment in August 2020 during the COVID-19 lockdown. I am in a band called “The Fiends” we are a five piece indie alternative rock band from Swansea, Wales. As mentioned previously we formed in the 2020 lockdown. So far we have accomplished shows with some huge artists such as The Snuts, As December Falls, Peter Hook (Joy Division), Pastel, Lottery Winners and more! We have also completed two UK tours and have multiple sold out shows under our belt. We have recently released our debut EP ‘Mazel Tov’ and it has been praised highly by our fans and international radio and press.
