ARTIST PROFILE
Bo Eisner
Abingdon, MD, USA
band: Independant
STICK SIZE: 5A
Started when I was 13 back in ’97 watching Rush Live @ Budokan on VHS, that solo Neil Peart had roped me into the drum realm and haven’t looked back since. Got my first drum kit shortly after and basically taught myself how to play the instrument just by watching music videos to songs I liked and eventually was able to hear what they were playing and copied what they did. Thus, leading into me branching out and wanting to play with other musicians which led me to a gifted guitar player by the name of Chris Asbury. Together him and I still write to this day and have many ideas and projects coming down the pipeline.
Inspirations to my style of play stem from a lot of what came out of the Nu metal scene mixed with old school metal and Hip hop. Artists ranging everywhere from: David Silveria, Abe Cunningham, Tommy Lee, Joey Jordinson, Lars Ulrich, to Questlove and Loudog and when I feel like getting technical ( and failing at it lol) Mike Portnoy and Danny Carey. All of which helped me shape up on how I play and approach the drums.
As stated before, plenty of projects being worked on, been out of the scene on social media for a while and have recently been back up just a few months ago. Ready to rock and roll with the collision family.
WHY DO YOU PLAY COLLISION?
Currently jamming with the 5A sticks.
Collision brand is by far the best I’ve used, customer service is always on point, sales team, owner social media team all engage with artists and new comers.
Would recommend to anyone as product durability is amazing for all styles of play.
