ARTIST PROFILE
Brett Siples is a hard rock drummer from Terre Haute, Indiana. He started playing drums at thirteen years old. Some of his biggest influences are Eric Carr, Lars Ulrich, Neil Peart, Brian Tichy and Matt Starr.
Brett has played for Decimating Tomorrow, Against The Clocks and Louisville based band Two Pump Chump to name a few. After playing venues like The Vogue, historic Phoenix Hill Tavern, sold out shows at Mercury Ballroom, opening for Sebastian Bach of Skid Row and even playing on The KISS Kruise, Brett wanted more out of music.
He recently joined Indianapolis based industrial rock band, Starve The Beast. STB consists of Will Woodrow on vocals and electronics, Jeff Kleindorfer on lead guitar, John Mills on bass and of course Brett on drums. Starve The Beast is a unique duality of digital electronic music and analog rock and roll. A hybrid of ass shaking grooves, sing along hooks, and unshakable riffs.
