| I’ve been playing drums for 8 years now. I started in marching band in 5th grade and fell in love with percussion. From 5th grade on I stuck with the snare drum. I played up until high school and got more into the kit by the time I hit 9th grade. Thing’s kind of faded going into high school. Life took over. I absolutely hated school and I just tried to keep myself busy with bmx and music. I know music and bikes. Goes hand in hand right? Well fast forward to 2023 and I’m back at it. Felt like I never stopped. It sounded like I stopped but after years of working hard to get back to where I was comfortably. But I didn’t want to be comfortable. I needed to make myself uncomfortable to be able to learn. |
