Hello My name is Jarvis Jones I was born and raised in Miami, Florida. I got my start with playing drums at my grandparents church at the age of seven. This led me to a lucrative career of playing gospel music with such artist as Melvin C. Dawson and The Genesis Ensemble and other well known local gospel artist. In addition, I have played for major gospel artist such as The Woods Brothers, Men of Standard, and The Alabama Girls during gospel concerts held in my hometown. During my time in Atlanta, GA I had the great opportunity of playing behind major record label artist Danny Boy who is best known for his contributions on Death Row Records legendary rapper Tupac Shakur’s song ” I Ain’t Mad at Cha”. In recent years I have played with legendary Blues artist Joey Gilmore. My latest ventures include Blues artist Betty Padgett who won the South Florida regionals for the International Blues Competition in 2021 and was a semi-finalist in the finals held in Memphis,TN in 2022. These days you can also catch me playing with South Florida’s own Rock band Ambush 17 and Latin band Jeremy’s Way. I am both honored and excited to be apart of the Collision family and I am looking forward to spreading the word about their great product.

” I love being a drummer. Everyone thinks you’re dumb. What they don’t realize is that if it weren’t for you, their band would suck”. Dave Grohl
WHY DO YOU PLAY COLLISION?
I play with 7A sticks
my favorite thing is i love the way the sticks feels in my it gives me nice grip no slipping out of my hands
I would recommend these sticks because theyre from strong wood and the wont break as easy as other sticks
