Hey everyone, my names Joey Stanton, I’m a 33 year old drummer From the uk and I play in the band inflictions. I’ve been playing drums since I was 15, had a enourmous amount of playing, gigging and recording up until the age of 22 then I became a father which put a halt to the dream for a while, but as time has moved on and the little ones have grown I’ve finally been able to find time and commit to the one thing that gets me out of bed every day… MUSIC! Inflictions started as a small bedroom project that escalated into a full 5 man band, not only that but we were all artistic enough to want to add more flare to our sound with a visual look, something that comes through the most important feature of a person… their face. We added masks to our live shows each with their own individual artistic flare! Music to me is like the air we breathe, it’s like a lifestyle, I don’t think you can ever be in this type of hobbie without your soul being connected and it’s why I’m honuored that collision took a chance on me.
