Hello! My name is Phill Jones and I am 32 years of age living in Surrey, England. I have been drumming for around 15 years in various bands that range from Punk Rock to Metal which is awesome as I have been exposed to spectrums of music that have opened up my skillset for my drumming, and my most memorable show would be playing Blastbeat’s 1st Birthday Party at the 02 Arena, albeit around 5 minutes on the biggest stage ive ever been on, it was the best time of my life! I am currently in a covers band called Monsoon and we have played places such as The Venue in Merstham, The Jolly Farmers in Purley, and most recently done a private event near the River Thames! We cover a range of songs from the 60’s to the current and we come as a three piece band which consists of myself as Drummer & Backing Vocals, Lead Guitarist and Backing Vocals Sten Mars and Richard Hyder on Frontman Vocals as well as Bass Guitar. We have been playing for just over a year together and the one thing that brings us together is the love of the crowd and the love of the music! We also have a project on the side with STELLAR which is our originals band, and wanting to really push the songs out for you all to hear!
