ARTIST PROFILE
Preston Gray
Fort Collins, Colorado, USA
band: Saints Of Never After
STICK SIZE: 2B
After the world was barren of most live entertainment for a while, I learned all I could in the downtime. I wanted to ensure the next group & the next project would be something that would click & breed a new chance to do what I love again surrounded by artists of a common vision.
Since joining Saints Of Never After in early 2021, JP, Brian, Nate & I have done wonderful things. We’ve toured the country, learned from & helped create a memorable collection of songs along with plenty of shows among bands like The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, In The Whale, Colony Collapse, & The Anchor. Being independent has fortified our conviction in our group & built a diverse sound we feel is characteristically our own. Our North Colorado home region has seen S.O.N.A shows for years now at the likes of Washington’s, Hodi’s Half Note, The Lyric, selling out The Moxi & Aggie Theatre while touring last year being high on that list!
Plenty of new material is set for 2023 already! Between performing, I’ve been working into videography, editing & hope to be taking my first step into paid audio work this year! This endorsement is the next step onto my ever-expanding aspirations to be a music professional & touring/session performer. -Preston
“Press quotes & testimonials”
Last spring, Saints Of Never After gave fans a taste of what was to come with the release of Return to Tower: Part 1, (please do dig this D&D inspired video) and what has arrived in 2020 is nothing short of a post-hardcore masterpiece.
WHY DO YOU PLAY COLLISION?
I currently play the Collision 2B Stick as my day-to-day. I have to say, I’ve been more than impressed with this product and your brand as a whole. People on the Collision have been flexible, polite & advocational. I’ve really responded to their inquiries with delight. The sticks fit my playstyle better than most along with being able to really take beating! I would highly recommend these to many of my peers, especially the more technical and nuanced drummers. I’d know appreciate they’d weight and balance of the sticks for more fluid and technical precision in their own playstyles.
