My name is Ryley Kirk and I’ve been a drummer since I was 12years old. I’ve done my time as a session player and been in multiple bands/projects through out the years, playing everything from country to metalcore. My latest project is my band called Heir to Ash. A metalcore band from Edmonton Alberta. Each member of the band is dedicated and experienced in their own right, making us a strong team. Heir to Ash has been very active since its creation. Everything from recording and releasing music, playing live around our city and sharing it all through our social media. We recently headlined at the Starlite Room and released a merch store. Heir to Ash covered last minute for a larger local band called Our Last Crusade, in support of an EP release party for a band called Gloom. We’ve been building our reputation within the local scene, as well as gaining a worldwide audience with our social media presence. Heir to Ash is currently finishing up our latest EP for release. We are also lined up to expand our local show to surrounding cities and are constantly improving and upgrading our live experience.
