Hi, I’m Stephen a Swindon-based Drummer, Drumming has been a big part of my life since I was 6 it very much helped me build up my hand-eye coordination as from a young age I struggled quite heavily with this due to my dyspraxia. Getting behind the kit has enabled me to get past some tough times losing 3 Close relatives in a short space of time really hits you as a kid and personally without having an outlet like the drums I wouldn’t have known how to cope with this loss. I currently play in 2 Bands Backseat Serenade and Fiends on the Block. Let’s start off with Backseat Serenade, shall we… Backseat currently has 3k Streams on Spotify for our First Single I Don’t Care after recently changing up our lineup again we are aiming to bring a new style of music to the scene which aims to flow with Energy and Creativity. Our main Influences Include All Time Low, Blink 182, A Day to Remember, and Linkin Park. Fiends on the Block is a newer band based in Stroud which aims to bring a New Swing to the Alternative Scene in Stroud and Cheltenham, with Beckoning influences from Pixies, Foo Fighters, Biffy Clyro, Marlyn Manson.
