I’m Walter Vodopivec. I started playing drums when I was 10 years old. Now I’m 34 and still love this instrument. As a teenager I started a band with my older brother, who plays electric guitar. The band was called Slebwoost and it means “hangover”. We completed the line up with other 3 friends from my village. After a few years of playing with them, I formed with two other friends/guitarists, a band called Grinders. We played for 15 long years and recorded a EP as well as an entire album. In the meanwhile I had many other side projects and have played almost all the music styles, from country to heavy metal. The most exciting moment of my career was playing at a motor festival in Slovenia in front of 5 thousand bikers from all the Europe.
